Delivery Policy

TaxBridge’s Delivery Policy explains how our digital tax services, documents, and professional deliverables are securely provided to users through our online platform.

At TaxBridge, we provide digital tax-related services by connecting taxpayers with qualified tax professionals and lawyers. As our services are primarily delivered digitally, this Delivery Policy explains how services, documents, communications, and completed work are delivered through our platform.

1. Digital Service Delivery

TaxBridge does not generally deliver physical products. Services purchased through the platform are primarily delivered through digital channels, including:

  • TaxBridge user accounts

  • Online dashboard

  • Secure chat and messaging

  • Digital document and file sharing

  • Email or other registered contact methods

  • Other digital communication channels supported by the platform

2. Service Delivery Timeline

The delivery time for a service depends on:

  • The type and complexity of the requested service

  • The scope of work agreed between the taxpayer and professional

  • The professional's estimated completion time

  • The completeness of information and documents provided by the taxpayer

  • Any additional requirements or clarifications

The estimated delivery timeline may be specified in the professional's quotation or service agreement.

3. Documents and Deliverables

Where applicable, completed documents, reports, tax-related files, or other deliverables may be provided electronically through the TaxBridge platform or another agreed digital communication method.

Users are responsible for reviewing delivered documents and notifying the relevant professional of any necessary corrections or concerns within a reasonable period.

4. User Responsibilities

To ensure timely service delivery, users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information.

  • Uploading required documents within the requested timeframe.

  • Responding promptly to questions or requests for clarification.

  • Maintaining access to their registered account and communication channels.

  • Reviewing delivered work and providing necessary feedback.

Delays caused by incomplete information, missing documents, late responses, or inaccurate information provided by the user may affect the expected delivery timeline.

5. Professional Responsibilities

Tax professionals and lawyers are responsible for delivering the services according to the scope, terms, and estimated timeline agreed with the taxpayer.

TaxBridge provides the platform and related infrastructure to facilitate the service relationship but does not independently guarantee the completion time or outcome of services provided by independent professionals.

6. Service Status and Notifications

Users may receive notifications regarding important stages of their service request, including:

  • Request submission

  • Quotation received

  • Quotation accepted

  • Payment confirmation

  • Service progress

  • Document delivery

  • Service completion

  • Cancellation or refund status

Notifications may be provided through the TaxBridge platform, email, SMS, or other supported communication methods.

7. Delays

While TaxBridge aims to facilitate timely service delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information

  • Delayed document submission

  • Delayed user responses

  • Professional availability

  • Technical problems

  • Payment processing delays

  • Government or regulatory processing times

  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control

TaxBridge will make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication and resolve service-related delays where possible.

8. Government Processing Times

Some tax-related services may depend on government departments, regulatory authorities, banks, payment providers, or other third parties.

TaxBridge and the service professional cannot guarantee the processing time or decision of any government authority or third-party organization.

Any estimated timeline provided through the platform should therefore be considered an estimate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Physical Delivery

TaxBridge primarily provides digital services. If a particular service requires the physical delivery or collection of documents, the applicable delivery method, cost, responsibility, and timeline will be communicated separately before the service is confirmed.

10. Service Completion

A service may be considered completed when the agreed deliverable has been provided to the taxpayer or when the professional has fulfilled the agreed scope of work.

Additional work outside the original agreed scope may require a separate quotation or agreement.

11. Policy Updates

TaxBridge reserves the right to update this Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, platform functionality, or operational practices.

Any updated version will be published on this page with the revised Last Updated date.
